Could be weak quads tbh. Everyone loves saying “posterior chain bro” but getting out of the hole is quad city. Front squats and high bar work helped me blow past that sticking point.

On heavy leg days I notice way better endurance with carbs + sodium. Not as amped, but I’m stronger set to set and don’t gas out halfway through.

I’ve done both. Partner helps with motivation, but solo training keeps my focus sharper.

Been feeling sluggish lately even though I’m sleeping and eating decently. Not sure if I’m actually overtrained or just low energy. How do you guys spot the difference?

Good point on recovery. I definitely feel more beat up on higher-frequency programs, especially legs.

That’s kinda what I’m torn on. I like the focus of a bro split, but wonder if once-a-week is leaving gains on the table.
