Re: Which Supplement Do You Think Is Overhyped in 2026?

BCAAs for sure. I'd rather buy a decent protein powder if I need help hitting my daily target.

Re: Are You Still Chasing More Size, or Focusing More on Proportion? 🔥

I think the sweet spot is building enough size to look powerful while keeping the physique balanced. I'm still trying to add muscle, but now I care more about how my shoulders, back, chest, arms, and legs work together visually. The goal isn't just to weigh more—it's to look like every pound of m ...

Re: Active Recovery Days: Legit Progress Tool or Just an Excuse to Stay Out of the Gym? 🔥

Re: Are Daily Steps Becoming the New “Extra Cardio” for Lifters? 🚶

Re: Are You Tracking Your Progress Beyond the Scale? ⚖️💪

<t>For me, waist measurements and progress pics have been more useful than daily scale changes. I weigh myself under similar conditions, but I look at the weekly trend instead of stressing over every fluctuation. It keeps me focused during a cut and helps me see whether my nutrition is actually ...

Re: Peak Week or Meet Week: What’s Your Most Important Preparation Strategy? 🏋️‍♂️🔥

My biggest focus is recovery and having a clear plan for the final days. I make sure my attempts are discussed ahead of time, my gear is packed, and I’m not wasting energy stressing over things I could have handled earlier. On the bodybuilding side, I’d also prioritize practicing posing and fol ...

Re: Squat, Bench, or Deadlift: Which Lift Deserves the Most Form Attention? 🏋️♂️🔥

The bench gets overlooked because people think it's just lowering and pressing the bar. Your shoulder position, upper-back setup, touch point, and bar path all matter, especially when you're working near your limit.
