Sometimes I take an active rest day instead of full rest. Just light walking or stretching to recover.

I tried it solo and felt nothing. Started taking it with vitamin C like people suggest, and it actually made a difference.

Once-a-week can work, but you can’t phone it in. Bro split days need to be focused and hard, not 20 sets of junk volume.

Weighted dips all day. I swear they translate crazy well to bench when you keep them controlled. Once I hit +45 lbs for sets of 8, my bench shot up.

Film from the side. If the rounding happens before the bar moves, it’s a setup problem. If it happens during the grind, that’s more normal.

And don’t forget to warm up those joints properly. Most tendon issues come from going heavy while still “cold.”
