Re: Are You Still Using the Same Program You Started the Year With?
Honestly, I'm realizing that I don't need to switch my entire routine just because progress gets slow for a bit. I'm going to stick with my main lifts, track my numbers, and make smarter adjustments instead of chasing every new workout trend.

Are You Still Using the Same Program You Started the Year With?
A lot can change in your training over the course of a year. Maybe the program you started with helped you build muscle, get stronger, and stay consistent, but lately your progress has slowed down. My squat progress picked up when I quit forcing heavy singles every week. Now I build up with solid working sets and save max attempts for when I'm actually feeling ready.

Re: What’s Your Best Meet-Day Routine for Staying Locked In? 🏋️
For me, the real lock-in happens when I stop thinking about the total and just treat each attempt like its own job. First lift: execute. Reset. Second lift: execute. Reset. Third lift: go after it. Once I started thinking that way, meet days became way less chaotic and a lot more fun.

Honestly, cleaning up my form helped more than adding weight ever did.

Re: Raw Powerlifting Is Growing — Are More Lifters Ready to Compete? 🔥
Long I think the biggest thing is changing the mindset from “I'm not strong enough yet” to “I'm here to see where I'm at.” Train hard, learn the rules, respect your recovery, and give yourself enough time to prepare. You might surprise yourself, and even if your total isn't what you hoped for, you'll ...

Re: From Beginner to Beast: What Can 6 Weeks of Consistency Do? 🔥💪
The biggest mistake would be trying to turn those six weeks into some extreme challenge. You don’t need to train seven days a week or completely change your life overnight. Just get your workouts in, eat reasonably well, recover, and keep showing up. If you finish the six weeks wanting to do another ...
