Not gonna lie, I get low-key depressed deep into a cut. Energy tanks, gym feels like a grind, and food is always on my mind. Bulking never does that to me.

They’re solid for saving time and getting a pump, but for pure mass I still stick to straight sets on big lifts.

Yeah bro keep the bar close to your legs and move your hips back. That usually fixes the form.

Depends how aggressive the cut is. Slight deficit? You can probably push progression. Deep cut? You’re just trying to survive leg day without seeing stars.

Ran beltless for like 8 weeks straight. My core endurance improved, but my top numbers stalled. Once I reintroduced the belt, PRs came back quick.

Depends on the person. When I ran a bro split and actually pushed sets to failure, growth was solid. When intensity dropped, progress stalled fast.

I split my dose and the tingles chill out a lot. Still get the benefit without feeling like my face is buzzing.

I cleaned mine up a bit by lowering the weight and slowing the eccentric. Elbows tracked better automatically.
