I stay lean year-round doing like 3–4 sessions a week. Nothing crazy, just incline walking or light cycling. Strength hasn’t dropped at all.

Bro this is super common. You’re probably losing tightness in the hole. Try paused squats (2–3 sec at the bottom). Builds that starting strength like crazy.

Wrist wraps helped my bench a lot. Used to get wrist pain, now it feels way more stable under the bar.

Stretching cold muscles post-lift can make soreness worse for some people. Try warming up again first.

Think of RDLs as a hip hinge exercise. If you feel it mostly in your hamstrings and glutes, you’re doing it right.

Good to hear different routines. Sounds like most people keep 1–2 rest days depending on training intensity. I might try that and see how my recovery feels.

I switched about 4 months ago. 25–30g carbs + electrolytes pre/intra and the pumps are honestly better than most high-stim pre’s I’ve used. Energy feels steady instead of spiking.
