For a lot of lifters, consistency comes from having a routine, setting realistic goals, tracking progress, and remembering why they started in the first place. Not every session has to be a PR or an all-out workout. Sometimes getting through a solid training session when you'd rather skip is a win by itself.
At the end of the day, the real gains come from what you do repeatedly, not what you do occasionally. Even small efforts add up when you stay committed for months instead of chasing quick results.
What's actually keeping you locked in when motivation disappears? Is it your goals, your gym routine, accountability, or simply refusing to break the habit?
