Lowkey most of the extra gear is overkill unless you’re lifting heavy heavy. But belt and sleeves? Yeah those actually do something.

Agree 100%. Doesn’t matter if it’s stretching, walking or yoga just do something that keeps you moving.

I used to feel super down after heavy leg days. Now I hydrate and get a protein+carb meal right after, much better.

Sleep and stress matter more than ever when you’re cutting. If recovery tanks, so do your numbers. I keep intensity high but volume a bit lower.

Heart rate’s a good indicator. If your resting HR is higher than normal, your body’s probably not fully recovered.

Some lifters press more in the scapular plane naturally. Bodies aren’t built the same.

Sleep and food make or break this too. If recovery is dialed in, weekly heavy pulls can work. If not, rotation is smarter.
