Re: How Are You Balancing Muscle Gain, Conditioning, and Symmetry?

Honestly, I stopped skipping leg day and started taking cardio seriously. My overall performance improved a lot.

Re: Which Supplement Do You Think Is Overhyped in 2026?

For me, it's those crazy high-stim pre-workouts. The first few sessions feel awesome, but then I'm jittery, my heart's racing, and my sleep gets wrecked. I'd rather have a solid cup of coffee and a good warm-up. ☕💪

Re: Are U.S. Lifters Getting Too Focused on PRs and Not Enough on Recovery? 🏋️🔥

I stopped testing my max every other week and started focusing on getting cleaner reps. My numbers still went up, and I wasn't feeling beat up all the time. Best change I've made to my routine. 💯

Re: Active Recovery Days: Legit Progress Tool or Just an Excuse to Stay Out of the Gym? 🔥

I prefer complete rest after a really demanding training block. If my performance is dropping and I'm feeling worn down, another activity isn't always the answer. I'd rather recover properly and come back ready to push hard than force movement just to say I stayed active.

Re: Beyond Creatine & Protein: What Supplement Has Earned a Permanent Spot in Your Stack? 🏋️

Omega-3s have been one of the few things I’ve kept around long term. It’s not some crazy “feel it instantly” supplement, but I like having something simple that supports the bigger picture of my nutrition.

Re: What’s Your Best Meet-Day Routine for Staying Locked In? 🏋️

My biggest rule is not changing anything on meet day. I eat foods I’ve already tested, keep my water intake steady, and avoid messing around with random pre-workout or supplements. Once I’m in the warm-up room, I just follow my planned jumps and focus on making each rep look like training.

Re: Raw Powerlifting Is Growing — Are More Lifters Ready to Compete? 🔥

Long I think a lot of lifters are more ready than they realize, but they keep comparing themselves to people pulling huge numbers online. Your first meet doesn't have to be about winning a medal or setting records. Learn the commands, pick realistic attempts, and get comfortable being judged on your ...

Been running Gen Labs Test E for a good while now and I’ve had a pretty smooth experience with them. Orders have been consistent, packaging is solid and discreet, and I haven’t had any issues with the ordering process. Overall, they’ve been reliable for me so far.
