Haha yeah I had a feeling that might be it. I’m not really tracking seriously, just kinda eating more than before. Scale hasn’t been moving much though, so yeah… probably need to dial that in.

Yeah bro, non-stim pre workouts are pretty good for night training. You still get a nice pump without messing up your sleep.

OP here that’s what I’m noticing too. It’s not that cracked-out feeling, it’s just consistent output the whole workout. Pumps look fuller, especially when I bump sodium. I’m starting to think the stim-free route might be smarter long term.

Close or shoulder-width lets me get a way better stretch and contraction. Wide grip just turns into arms and upper back for me most days.
