If every squat session is a grind, your body forgets how to move fast. Mix in volume + tempo work and you’ll feel way more pop outta the bottom.

I do 5 days lifting and 2 days rest. That balance keeps me fresh and I don’t feel burned out.

Did absolutely nothing for me. No mood change, no strength bump, no better sleep. Might work if you’re super stressed, but if your life’s already dialed in, it’s kinda meh.

Real talk, high volume only works for people who recover like mutants. If you’re stressing, eating mid, or sleeping trash, it just buries you.
