I’m thinking about making this a simple, realistic challenge: train consistently, eat enough protein and calories for your goal, track your lifts, and see what actually changes over 12 weeks. No crazy “30-day transformation” expectations — just showing up, getting stronger, and building quality muscle.

I’d be in. My goal would honestly just be adding weight to my main lifts while keeping my form solid.

I’m currently trying to gain, so 12 weeks is perfect. I’d track weekly bodyweight and a few key lifts rather than obsessing over the scale every day.

That’s pretty much the idea! I’d rather see steady progress than someone crash-bulking for a month and feeling miserable.
Consistency wins.

My goal is strength. If I can put more weight on the bar while keeping clean reps, I’ll call that a successful bulk.

I’d probably track bodyweight every week and take photos every 4 weeks. Daily weigh-ins mess with my head sometimes, especially when water weight jumps around.

My challenge would be strength. If my squat, bench, and deadlift all move up over the 12 weeks, I’ll consider it a win even if the mirror changes slowly.

Nutrition would be my biggest challenge. I can get myself into the gym five days a week no problem, but consistently eating enough calories is where I usually struggle. Meal prep on Sunday might be the move this time.

I’m trying to bring up my legs. Quads and hamstrings have definitely been neglected compared with upper body, so this would give me a reason to stop skipping leg day

12 weeks sounds perfect. Long enough to actually see some progress but short enough that there’s a clear finish line to work toward.
