What’s One Fitness Goal You Want to Finish 2026 Strong With?

Post by GJeppsonGG »

We’re getting closer to the end of 2026, so it’s a good time to check in on those fitness goals. Maybe you’re trying to build more muscle, get stronger, improve your conditioning, lose some body fat, or simply stay consistent with your routine. 💪 What’s one goal you really want to accomplish before 2026 is over, and what are you doing to make it happen?

I just want to finish the year stronger than I started. Nothing crazy, just consistent workouts and better habits. 💪

Getting my first clean pull-up is the goal! I’ve been working on assisted pull-ups and negatives for months, so hopefully I can knock it out before December. 🙌

I’m focused on building muscle without constantly worrying about the scale. More protein, better sleep, and actually sticking to my lifting program.

Mine is improving my overall consistency. I don't need to hit the gym seven days a week—I just want to stop disappearing for weeks whenever life gets busy. 😅

I’d love to finally break through my current squat plateau. I’ve been stuck around the same numbers for a while, so I’m focusing more on technique, recovery, and slowly adding weight instead of rushing it.

Honestly, my goal is just to stay active. Work has been hectic this year, and getting three solid workouts in each week would be a huge win for me. 🏋️

I’m trying to improve my cardio without giving up strength training. I used to hate running, but I’ve started doing short incline walks after lifting and I’m actually enjoying it now.

Getting leaner while keeping the muscle I’ve built is my main goal for the rest of the year. Nothing extreme—I’m just tightening up my diet, keeping protein high, and being more consistent with my steps.

For me, it’s not really about a specific number anymore. I want to finish 2026 feeling stronger, moving better, and actually enjoying the routine I built. If I can look back and know I stayed consistent even during the busy weeks, that’ll be a win in my book. 🔥
