Smart programming, bro. Rotate movements every few months and stop maxing out weekly.

I switched from barbell bench to dumbbells for most chest work saved my shoulders big time.

Yeah, I used to chase PRs every week. My elbows and knees definitely aren’t happy about it now.

That’s the trap. Progressively overload, yes, but give your joints time to adapt too.

Fish oil + glucosamine daily. My knees thank me every squat day.

Warm-ups matter more as you age. A few activation sets can save years of pain.

It definitely is. I spend 10 mins on mobility before I even touch a bar now. Feels amazing.
