Life got in the way and training fell off hard. Back in the gym now and logging everything to stay accountable. Anyone else rebuilding?

Yeah man I took like 4 months off last year. Strength comes back faster than you think, muscle memory is real.

Logging everything is smart. Keeps you accountable and you can actually see progress instead of guessing.

Same here, getting back after time off sucks at first, but give it a few weeks and you’ll feel normal again. Just don’t rush it and risk injury.

I’m kinda in the same boat right now. Starting light, focusing on form, and just trying to stay consistent again.
