Supersets & Giant Sets - Actually Build Muscle or Just Gas You Out?
Been running more supersets and giant sets to save time and get a crazy pump, but not sure if it’s helping growth or just tiring me out faster. What’s it been like for you guys?

They’re solid for saving time and getting a pump, but for pure mass I still stick to straight sets on big lifts.

Yeah bro, supersets hit different but you fatigue way faster. Hard to keep strength up.

I use them more on accessory work. Wouldn’t run giant sets for compounds tho.

That’s probably why you feel smoked. Too much volume + intensity stacked together.

They build muscle for sure, just not ideal if your main goal is getting stronger.

Great for cutting or when you’re short on time, not something I’d rely on year-round.

Exactly bro, mix them in smart and you’ll get the benefits without burning out
