I train after work and caffeine kills my sleep. Are non-stim blends giving you real focus and pump?

Yeah bro, non-stim pre workouts are pretty good for night training. You still get a nice pump without messing up your sleep.

I switched to non-stim for evening workouts too. Way better than laying in bed wide awake after caffeine.

Honestly the pump is still solid. You just don’t get that crazy energy rush, but the workout still feels good.

That’s exactly what I’m looking for. I just want good focus and pump without caffeine keeping me up all night.

Look for one with good citrulline. That’s what really helps with pump on non-stim pre’s.

I actually prefer non-stim for late workouts. Feels smoother and no crash later.

Same here man. Stim pre after 6pm destroys my sleep, so non-stim works way better for me.
