Greens Powders… Worth It or Better Off Eating Real Food?

Everyone drinks green powders now. Did you notice better digestion or energy or is it just expensive flavored grass?

Honestly, greens powders helped my digestion when I was cutting easier regularity and less bloating.

For me it’s mostly placebo. If you eat veggies throughout the week, greens powder doesn’t do much.

Interesting I’ve been inconsistent with greens so might just be timing not the powder itself.

Cheap greens taste like grass, but a quality one actually made my energy levels less crashy mid-day.

I use it when I’m traveling or super busy. Not a replacement for food, but better than nothing.

Real food always wins, but greens powders fill the gap when you’re not hitting veggies daily.

Good point. I’ve been eating more fast food lately maybe a greens powder would at least help the gut a bit.

If it helps you hit micronutrients you’re missing, it’s worth it. But don’t expect it to replace real vegetables.
