I swear the tingles get worse every year but the performance boost feels the same. Anyone still finding it useful?

Still works for me, just not in a hype way. More like I can grind a few extra reps before my muscles tap out.

The tingles are way worse now than when I first started lifting lol. Performance feels about the same though.

I only notice it on high-rep stuff. Anything under 5 reps, it’s basically useless.

Yeah that’s what I’m noticing too. Heavy days feel no different, volume days maybe a little.

It’s one of those supplements you don’t feel until you stop taking it. Then suddenly your endurance sucks.

I split my dose and the tingles chill out a lot. Still get the benefit without feeling like my face is buzzing.

People expect it to feel like caffeine. It’s not. It just delays fatigue, that’s it.

That’s fair. I’m not chasing the feeling, just wondering if it’s still worth keeping in my stack.

For leg days and conditioning work, I still like it. Upper body strength days? I could take it or leave it.
