Are Pump Powders Overrated Now?

Post by JRsilva09 »

Feels like everyone is stacking stim-free pumps with pre-workouts. Are you actually seeing better fullness or is it placebo?

Some of them work, but a lot are just fancy salt and flavoring. Hard to tell which is which.

I notice better pumps when carbs and water are on point. Pump powders just amplify that a little.

Honestly feels placebo half the time. I still get great pumps with caffeine and good training.

Stim-free pumps help me when I train late. Not magic, but veins definitely pop more.

Too many companies overdress basic ingredients. Citrulline works, the rest is mostly hype.

If nutrition is trash, no pump powder is saving your workout.

I’ll use them on arm days for fun, but I don’t rely on them for strength or growth.

That’s kinda where I’m landing. Feels like they’re more of a “nice to have” than a must food, water and training still do most of the work.
