Tendon Pain From Heavy Training – How to Fix It Fast?
Been pushing heavier weight lately, but my forearms and knees are starting to ache. I don’t think it’s a full injury yet, just nagging tendon pain. What’s worked for you guys to recover quick?

Classic overuse, bro. Drop the heavy work for a week and do light pump sets to keep blood moving.

I had the same issue with my knees. Started doing sled pushes and reverse lunges instead of heavy leg presses pain went away in a few weeks.

Yeah, I’ve been going heavy on presses and curls nonstop. Maybe my tendons just need a break.

Try adding collagen + vitamin C before training. There’s research showing it helps tendon repair.

And don’t forget to warm up those joints properly. Most tendon issues come from going heavy while still “cold.”

Eccentric work helps too slow reps on curls or squats. Strengthens the tendon without tearing it up more.

Interesting. I never really focused on eccentrics. I’ll give that a go next week.

Also look into turmeric or curcumin supplements. Natural anti-inflammatory, way better than popping painkillers every day.

Tendons heal slow, man. Be patient. Back off a bit now or you’ll regret it later.
