Full Body 3x a Week - Worth It for Size?
Thinking about moving to full body training three times a week. Less volume per session, but you hit each muscle more often. Anyone here build serious mass or strength running a full body routine long term?

Full body is killer for beginners, bro. You get stronger fast and hit muscles more often.

I ran full body for like 6 months. Size didn’t blow up, but strength went through the roof.

That’s what I’m hoping for, a mix of size + strength. I just don’t wanna spin my wheels.

It works, but volume can be tricky. If you go heavy on squat + bench same day, you’re gassed.

If you’re natural and busy, 3x a week full body is solid. Less chance of skipping days and missing body parts.

Bro, my buddy got huge on it. He just focused on compounds every session squat, bench, pull-ups, rows, OHP.

Yeah, compounds are the bread and butter. Accessories light at the end. Don’t overthink it.

I like upper/lower splits better. Full body left me sore all over, couldn’t push hard on anything.
