Yo, how long ‘til I see abs? Been lifting 2 months, 5’9”, 155 lbs—still got a lil’ belly. What’s the deal?

LiftLad—abs take time, dude! Took me 6 months to peek ‘em—cut cals to 2000, lift heavy. Q for y’all: best pre-workout snack?

Abs depend—3-6 months if you lean out slow, LiftLad. I’m 6’2”, 200 lbs—shredded at 10% fat took a year. My Q: anyone tried fasting for lifts—worth it?

Why do my knees crack squatting? 85 lbs, 5’6”—no pain, just noise. Normal or nah? Freaking me out!

GymNoob22—cracks are usually fine, just air popping—mine do it at 225 lbs. Q: how do you stay motivated when life’s nuts—work’s killing my gym vibe!

Fasting’s clutch, MacroMaster—I lift at 315 squats fasted, energy’s sharp. LiftLad—abs need diet, 15% fat’s the goal. My Q: best recovery stretch for hammies?
