Week 3 cutting—down 2 lbs, but I’m starving! Holding muscle okay at 65-lb bench—struggle is the hunger. Tips to not die?

6 weeks in, 5 lbs gone! Lifts steady— 225 squat still solid. Struggle? Cravings— pizza haunts me. Win? Abs peeking!

8 weeks, dropped 7 lbs—lean at 170 now. High protein, 1g/lb, keeps muscle—deadlift’s still 405. Tip: slow carb cuts, don’t crash your energy.

Week 2—1 lb down, ugh! Bench dropped 5 lbs— losing muscle? Struggle: no energy—wins: pants fit better.

12 weeks, 10 lbs shredded—186 lbs, ripped! Muscle’s safe—lift heavy, eat protein. Tip: refeed days save sanity.
