Started at 150 lbs, 5’9”, skinny as heck—6 months in, now 160 lbs, seeing some arm definition! Real change hit at month 3—bench went from 65 to 95 lbs. Slow grind—newbies, it’s worth it!

5 years of sculpting—5’11”, 190 lbs, 25% fat to 180, 10%. Year 2: biceps popped— 315 squat milestone. Newbies, consistency trumps speed!

2 years to glory! Started 200 lbs, 6’1”, chubby—now 185, shredded. Milestone: abs at 18 months—deadlift 315 lbs sealed it. Pics? Maybe next time!

Took me 3 years—5’10”, 165 lbs, 20% fat to 175 lbs, 8% fat. Real change? Year 1, dropped 15 lbs—squat hit 405 by year 2. Patience is key—slow recomp works.

18 months—6’0”, 220 lbs, pudgy, now 195, lean. Real shift at 6 months—lost 10 lbs, lats popped. Milestone: 225 bench at year 1—steady cuts, no rush.

1 year—5’8”, 170 lbs, soft, now 165, cut. Noticed traps at 6 months—deadlift 275 lbs was big. Slow start, fast finish—keep grinding, fam!
