Whey’s my ride-or-die! Vanilla whey, 30g post-lift—tastes like a milkshake, pumps my gains. Plant stuff’s too gritty for me.

Plant’s my jam—pea protein, 25g scoop. Digests smooth, no bloat like whey gave me.
Gains? Still hit 185 bench, so it’s legit.

Whey made me gassy—so embarrassing at the gym! Tried plant—better tummy, but tastes meh. Worth it?

Whey all day—chocolate flavor, blends like a dream. Plant protein? Tried it, felt weak—whey’s king for recovery IMO.

Plant’s underrated—pea-rice blend, 28g, no dairy crash. Whey’s faster, sure, but I’m leaner now—data backs it.

I got whey—tastes awesome, but I fart like a beast. Does plant fix that or am I doomed? Need gains tho!

Whey’s cheap and works—cookies n’ cream, 30g, post-workout bliss. Plant’s for vegans, right? Never felt the need to switch.

Whey’s gold for muscle— 25g, quick absorb, leucine king. Plant’s fine—mix pea and rice—but slower. Pick by gut and goals.
