Tried pre-workout yesterday—200mg caffeine—felt like my heart was gonna explode! Is that normal or just hype?

It’s help if you dose it right—150mg caffeine, 2g beta-alanine. Boosts focus, not just jitters. Overrated if you chug 400mg and crash.

I’m buzzing too hard—50mg caffeine and I’m shaky! Am I weak or is this stuff nuts? Need advice!

Love me some pre—250mg caffeine, citrulline for pumps. Squats feel lighter—hype’s legit if you pick a good one.

Took a sample—beta-alanine made my face itch like crazy! Lifted harder tho—was that the point or a fluke?

RippedRookie, that itch is beta-alanine—means it’s working. 200mg caffeine’s my sweet spot—energy, no crash.

Pre’s overblown—coffee does me fine, 100mg caffeine. Why pay for tingles when black brew lifts me just as good?
