Tried foam rolling my quads after a 135-lb squat sesh—felt like torture but I could walk the next day! Worth it? Maybe—still figuring it out. What’s your first roll story?

Total game-changer— 225 bench days kill my chest, but 10 mins rolling loosens it up. Less soreness—I’m sold! Anyone else feel the magic?

Been rolling 5 years—10 mins on hams after 405 deads keeps me limber.

Hurt like crazy, but DOMS was lighter. Kinda hooked now—is that normal? Who’s got a pain tale?

Eh, mixed bag—rolled my back after 165 bench, felt good for a day, then stiff again. Maybe I’m doing it wrong? Worth it for some—tips, fam?

Daily roller here— 315 squats trash my glutes, but 15 mins rolling keeps me moving.

First time—rolled my IT band after 95-lb bench—screamed into a pillow! Next day? Less tight. Leaning yes—how do you push past the ouch?

Rolled my shoulders after 185 bench—instant relief, slept better too. Takes 5 mins—why not? Still testing—your sleep hack?
