Full-body for me!
3x per week, compound lifts only. Love how efficient it is.
Also keeps me leaner because of frequency.

I do upper/lower split—best of both worlds.
4 days a week: Upper push/pull, Lower quad/hams. Keeps joints happier.

Full-body! Especially during cut.
I do squats, rows, presses every session. It keeps my energy high and metabolism fired up.

I started with bro-split but switched to push/pull/legs.
Volume is easy to adjust and I recover faster. Plus, glutes get extra attention

@GraceReps same! I love full-body.
Sometimes I do circuit style: 2 upper, 2 lower, 1 core each round. Super sweaty, super quick.

Powerlifting phase = full-body all day.
