Been lifting for years—my go-to’s a 13mm lever belt and SBD knee sleeves. Belt’s clutch for max squats, sleeves save my knees on heavy days. Tip: clean ‘em with mild soap—keeps the stink off!

Yo, I’m new to this powerlifting thing—do I really need all this gear? I’ve got Chucks, but people keep saying belts and wraps are a must. What’s worth grabbing first?

Gear’s a game-changer, LiftLad!
I swear by my Inzer 10mm belt—keeps my core tight for 315 squats.
Pro? Lifts go up—con? Pricey as heck.
Start there, dude.

Okay, I’m lost— got a cheap belt off Amazon, but it digs in weird. Should I splurge on a good one? Also, my wrists hurt benching—wraps worth it?

I’m team Rogue Ohio bar—smooth spin, grippy knurl. Paired it with Titan wrist wraps—cheap but solid. Con? Wraps stretch out fast—replace ‘em yearly. Gear’s dope when it fits right.

Gear’s about efficiency—my Stoic knee sleeves add stability without cheating the lift. Pro: joint warmth. Con: sweaty as heck in summer. Wash ‘em cold, air dry—lasts longer that way.

Deadlift socks, anyone? Shin savers—no more bloody legs at 405! Also, chalk’s a must—keeps my grip locked. Con: messy gym bag.

Just got Adidas Powerlift shoes—feel steady on squats, but my heels slip a bit. Normal break-in thing? Also, how do you even pick a belt—too many options!

Shoes matter, FlexNewb— Adidas are solid—give ‘em a week. Belt? SBD’s my pick— stiff, comfy, worth the cash. Pro: bomb support—con: long waitlist.
