Building a More Balanced Physique

Post by GuidedGymmate »

I've noticed that building muscle isn't just about getting bigger everywhere. Sometimes one body part develops faster than another & it can make the overall physique look unbalanced I've found that paying attention to weaker areas improving exercise technique & being patient with progress helps. How do you guys identify and bring up your lagging muscle groups?

My shoulders used to overpower my arms visually so I've been giving my biceps dnd triceps more focused attention lately.

Taking progress photos from different angles helped me notice imbalances I couldn't see in the mirror.

I realised my left side was weaker on some exercises. Unilateral movements have helped me work on that.

Rear delts are easy to neglect but adding more focused work has made a difference in how my upper body looks🏋🏻‍♂️

I think posing matters too sometimes improving how you stand nd present your physique makes the balance more noticeable🙌👍
