Which Workout Split Works Best?

Post by Gym_for_life »

I’ve tried different bodybuilding splits and I’ve realised that the best one isn't necessarily the most complicated. Some people thrive on a pushpull legs routine while others prefer upper-lower training or a four day split. For me the biggest factor is choosing a schedule that fits my week and gives me enough time to recover. What split has worked best for you?

Upper-lower has been my favourite so far. Four days a week feels manageable without rushing every session.

I've stuck with push pull legs for a while now a and I really enjoy having a clear focus each day.

I used to train six days a week but moving to five helped me manage fatigue a lot better.

I think people underestimate how much personal schedules matter a simple routine you can follow beats a perfect plan you keep missing
