Bulking Without the Unnecessary Fat Gain

Post by The-Gain-Game »

When I think about bulking I’d rather focus on steady progress than just eating everything in sight. Having consistent meals tracking my strength and adjusting portions when needed seems much more manageable than forcing huge amounts of food every day. The goal is to build muscle while keeping the process sustainable. What meals do you guys find easiest to stick with during a bulk?

Eggs toast & a bowl of oats have been an easy breakfast for me when I need something filling before the day gets busy.

I find homemade smoothies useful when I'm struggling to eat enough. Milk, oats, banana and peanut butter make a quick option

Adding an extra serving of rice to meals worked better for me than trying to squeeze in another huge meal.

I used to get too focused on the scale. Tracking my gym performance alongside my weight gives me a better idea of how things are going.

Consistency with food prep has made bulking much easier for me. When meals are ready I'm less likely to skip eating on busy days. 💪
