Building a Better Powerlifting Routine

Post by Muscle_God »

I've learned that getting stronger isn’t just about lifting heavy every session. A good powerlifting routine needs consistent practice with the squat bench press and deadlift along with enough recovery to handle the workload i prefer following a structured plan and tracking my lifts rather than changing my routine every few weeks.

I made better progress once I stopped changing programs every time I saw a new one online.

Adding weight gradually has worked better for me than testing my max every other week.

I like having one lighter day in my routine & it helps me practice technique without feeling completely drained.

Tracking my sets nd reps helped me spot progress that I would've otherwise overlooked.

How often do you guys deadlift in a week? I'm curious what works best for people trying to build strength without burning out.
