Form Check What Actually Helped Me Improve?
I started taking form checks more seriously after realizing that I was repeating small mistakes without noticing them. Recording a few working sets and getting feedback helped me spot things I couldn’t feel during the lift. Even small adjustments to setup range of motion or tempo made my training feel much better.

Filming my sets was truly a game changer man I noticed mistakes that felt completely normal while I was lifting.

I started focusing on one form issue at a time instead of trying to fix everything in one session.

Lowering the weight helped me understand the movement much better. Once the technique felt natural I slowly added weight again.

Comparing old videos with newer ones is actually pretty motivating u can see improvements that you might not notice day to day.
