I’ve gone through phases where I tried different supplements and expected to notice something immediately what changed for me was giving each one enough time and paying attention to specific things like training quality, recovery, digestion or energy.
Some stayed in my routine because they were genuinely useful while others simply weren’t worth the money i also became more careful about overlapping ingredients when using multiple products now I judge a supplement by whether it has a clear purpose and actually fits into my routine.

I dropped a few products once I realized I couldn’t even explain what benefit I was getting from them.

Digestion is a big one for me if something constantly upsets my stomach it’s not staying in my routine.

I started checking serving sizes more carefully Sometimes the label looked impressive but the actual amount wasn’t.

Cost matters too i’d rather spend money on something I use consistently than collect half used tubs.

I’ve had supplements that worked well for a while and then stopped feeling useful that taught me to reassess instead of automatically buying them again.
