Does Form Really Make a Difference?
Does Form Really Make a Difference?
I used to focus more on moving heavier weight than how I was actually performing the exercise. Over time slowing down & controlling the movement helped me feel the target muscle much better I’ve also found that small changes in setup range of motion & positioning can completely change an exercise. Good technique has made my training much more consistent

I stopped chasing full range of motion if I couldn’t control it properly becoz quality reps matter more to me now.

Filming my working sets helped me spot form issues I never noticed while lifting.

Haa for me setup made a huge difference & a small adjustment can completely change where you feel an exercise.

I’ve learned to reduce the weight when my technique starts falling apart.

Buddy check your tempos as per me tempo helped me a lot. Slowing down certain reps made weak points much easier to identify.
