Supplements & Performance Boosters What’s Actually Worth It?
I used to take way too many supplements because I thought more meant better results. Over time I started keeping things simpler and only using something when I had a clear reason for it. Training, food, sleep nd recovery still make the biggest difference for me now I care more about consistency aand whether something is actually useful than having a long supplement list.

I always check the ingredients now.

I stopped expecting supplements to fix poor training or diet. That mindset saved me a lot of money.
