A lot of us think we’re tough pushing through sickness, but half the time you’re just spreading germs at the gym. If you go, go at off-peak hours at least.

Zinc, electrolytes, warm shower, sleep. Skip the gym for a day or two and you’ll come back stronger. Works every time for me.

I train unless I have a fever. If the bar feels light, cool. If it feels like a truck, I bail and go home. Simple autoregulation.
