People forget mobility’s a skill too. Do some ankle and hip work pre-squat makes it easier to hit depth without your lower back rounding like a shrimp.

If you ever wanna test it, throw a box or bench right at parallel height behind you. Tap and go. It’s an easy way to find your sweet spot without second guessing.
