I used full body when I cut down weight. Kept strength while dropping fat. Don’t expect crazy hypertrophy though.

Facts. It’s awesome for building a base or maintaining. But for pure size, push/pull/legs smoke it.

At the end of the day, full body is underrated. Most bros are scared of it ‘cause it feels “beginner,” but it can still slap if programmed right.

Yeah it works, especially if you’re natural and don’t train every day like a madman.
You won’t get crazy pump sessions, but strength + steady size gains are there if you’re consistent.
