8 weeks—5’5”, 160 lbs to 155 lbs—arms a lil’ bigger! Week 5, bench 75 lbs—first real sign. Shy on pics—newbies like me, how long ‘til big change?

15 months—6’3”, 230 lbs to 215, jacked! Month 9: veins— 335 squat win. Pics? Too swole to share yet—haha!
