My squats haven’t budged in forever—95 lbs feels like a mountain now. Is that a sign? I’m too new for this nonsense!

Stalled lifts? Oh yeah, been there! I get snappy too—wife said I was a bear. Dropped to 3 days, slept like a king—fixed it.
