@nick_bulkzone I think both work if you nail volume and intensity.
Full-body just fits my schedule better. I train less but lift heavy every session.

Biggest thing: rest days.
Bro-split gives me only Sat/Sun off. Full-body gives me more flexibility.

Yeah and form stays tighter when you’re not fried.
Doing heavy deadlifts after blasting back the day before is rough.

Do you guys switch it up? I run full-body for 8 weeks then push/pull/legs for a while. Keeps my mind fresh.

@SophFit that’s smart. Periodization is king.
Can’t do the same thing year round or plateaus hit.

Bro-split feels more “bodybuilder” but full-body feels more “athlete” to me.
Different vibes!

💡 Anyone here do two-a-days?
Like AM cardio + PM weights? Does that change how you split?

Did two-a-days for prep once. Full-body lifts AM, fasted cardio PM.
Shredded but exhausting lol.

If you’re natural, frequency matters more IMO.
Full-body or push/pull/legs seems optimal unless you’re enhanced.

Facts @MealPrepMaestro.
Once a week per muscle on bro-split works, but 2-3x per week just hits different.
