Proportion all day. My shoulders and back are my main focus right now because they make the biggest difference in how my physique looks, even in a regular T-shirt. I'm tracking strength, but I'm also taking progress pics every few weeks to see what's actually improving.

I'm somewhere in the middle.

I'm chasing size, but with a plan now. More food and more volume don't automatically mean better gains, so I'm focusing on progressive overload, clean reps, and bringing up weak points without wrecking recovery. A bigger physique looks way better when everything develops together.

Exactly, bro! You can build serious mass and still prioritize symmetry. Smart programming makes a difference when you're trying to grow without letting your strong points completely overshadow everything else.

My upper chest needs work, so that's getting priority this training block.

I think the sweet spot is building enough size to look powerful while keeping the physique balanced. I'm still trying to add muscle, but now I care more about how my shoulders, back, chest, arms, and legs work together visually. The goal isn't just to weigh moreโit's to look like every pound of muscle has a purpose.
