I’ve kept citrulline in my pre-workout setup for a while because I like the training pump and overall workout feel. Nothing magical, but when something consistently fits your routine, that’s enough for me.

I’d go with omega-3s because they’re easy to keep consistent with and don’t require changing my whole training routine. I’m not looking for some overnight transformation from a supplement—just something useful that makes sense alongside solid food, sleep, and programming.

Citrulline has earned its spot for me. The pump is noticeably better and it makes high-volume sessions more enjoyable without feeling like I’m relying on some crazy stim-heavy pre.
