Magnesium for me. Sleep is too important to ignore. 😴

I’ve kept citrulline in my pre-workout setup for a while because I like the training pump and overall workout feel. Nothing magical, but when something consistently fits your routine, that’s enough for me.

I’d go with omega-3s because they’re easy to keep consistent with and don’t require changing my whole training routine. I’m not looking for some overnight transformation from a supplement—just something useful that makes sense alongside solid food, sleep, and programming.

Caffeine is still my go-to. That first heavy set feels different when the coffee hits. 😂

I like how many people are picking practical supplements instead of chasing the newest “game changer.” For me, anything that improves consistency without replacing good nutrition is way more valuable.

Citrulline has earned its spot for me. The pump is noticeably better and it makes high-volume sessions more enjoyable without feeling like I’m relying on some crazy stim-heavy pre.
