My biggest progress has been learning patience. I used to check the mirror every day expecting something different, but now I compare photos months apart and the difference is obvious. Slow gains are still gains.

I’m most proud of fixing my relationship with training. I used to beat myself up over missed sessions or bad workouts, but now I look at the bigger picture. Six months of showing up, eating better, recovering, and staying consistent has made me stronger physically and mentally. That shift in mindset is something I’m taking with me long-term.

For me, it’s realizing I’m no longer the person who keeps restarting every few months. Six months of steady work has finally made fitness feel like a lifestyle instead of another short-term goal. 💯
