Are You Building Your Supplement Stack Around Results or Hype?
Re: Are You Building Your Supplement Stack Around Results or Hype?
I bought a supplement once purely because a fitness creator kept showing it in every video. After a month, I couldn't honestly say I noticed anything. Lesson learned.

My biggest priority is actually reading the label now. If I can't understand what I'm taking or why each ingredient is included, I'm probably leaving it on the shelf.

I’m definitely not against supplements, but I think people sometimes expect them to compensate for skipping meals, sleeping five hours, or having no structure in their training. That’s where the hype gets ridiculous.

Creatine + protein + hydration is probably enough for most of what I’m trying to accomplish. I’d rather spend the extra money on groceries anyway.

For me, the biggest upgrade wasn't finding some magical performance booster—it was finally getting consistent with the basics. Training hard, eating enough protein, staying hydrated, recovering properly, and using supplements only where they actually make my routine easier.
