Re: Getting Stronger but Still Not Looking Jacked - This Normal?

You’re probably making progress, just not seeing it yet. Happens to almost everyone early on. Your body’s getting better at lifting (neurological gains), but actual muscle takes longer to visually show. Stay on it.

Re: Building Explosiveness Out of the Hole in Squats

I used to get stapled outta the hole too lol. What helped me most was box squats slightly below parallel and really focusing on driving hips + chest up together. If your chest shoots forward, you’re done.

Anyone Add Glycerol Back Into Their Stack?

Honestly, the best recovery routine is the one you’ll actually stick with. Consistency beats the perfect method.

Re: Post-Workout Lows – Anyone Else Crash Hard Mentally?

Some people say it’s “post-exercise depression.” Weird, but legit endorphins drop after peak highs.

Re: Getting Back to Heavy Pressing After a Shoulder Injury

Bands and high-rep warmups helped me a ton. Get blood in there before you even touch real weight.

Re: Anyone Actually Feel a Difference With Ashwagandha?

I’ve run KSM-66 a couple times. For me it wasn’t some magic strength booster, but sleep was deeper and I felt less wired at night. That alone made it worth it during prep.

Re: Greens Powders… Worth It or Better Off Eating Real Food?

Cheap greens taste like grass, but a quality one actually made my energy levels less crashy mid-day.
